Anna Brito is an exchange student from Brazil where she studied biotechnology for two years as an undergraduate student. In Fall 2013, Brito came to Ohio University to major in Biology and joined the Wyatt Lab during the Spring 2014 semester. Brito’s research involves plant gravitropism mutants. She is working to identify the role of genes involved in the signaling process to figure out which gene is causing gps3 mutant phenotype in Arabidopsis thaliana.
